PREFACE

   In presenting this reprint of the second edition
   of our manual, we testify that we found our
   God faithful and true. We cannot help rejoicing.

   God has continued to sharpen our skills
   and deepen our commitment. Serving Him in
   a way He wants is indeed one the highest form
   of worship.
